Q: How do I pay for parking?
A: If you are staying on the property parking is free. If you are driving in for for Rise Up! and not staying on the property, please go to the reception desk say you are with Office1 to get your parking validated.
Q: How do I get into the Rise Up events and sessions?
A: All attendees must wear the name badge given out upon arrival in order to attend Rise Up events and sessions.
Q: Are hotel rooms paid for?
A: Yes. You are required to leave a credit card for incidentals.
Q: What is the attire for the Welcome Reception at the Troy Lounge?
A: Business casual (jeans acceptable)
Q: What is the attire for the Rise Up Regale?
A: Smart casual attire
Q: How do I expense extra cost that I may endure due to travel?
A: All California employees will receive $100 towards travel expenses upon check-in.
Q: Where can I find a map of the hotel?
A: You can find a map of the hotel here.
Q: Where do I check in at?
A: At the Casino Center Blvd check-in next to Vic and Anthony's Steakhouse.
Q: Where and when are badge pick up hours?
A: Badge pick up is between 2:00 pm and 6:00 pm at the Carson Tower lobby.
