Q: Are there any restrictions around my +1?

A: Yes, +1s must be a significant other.  

Q: How do I pay for parking?

A: If you are staying on the property parking is free. If you are driving in for Office1 Cares and are not staying on the property, please go to the reception desk say you are with Office1 to get your parking validated. 

Q: If work out of California and I choose to drive, do I get reimbursed?

A: Those who choose to drive will receive an $100 reimbursement. 

Q: How do I get into the Office1 Cares events and sessions?

A: All attendees must wear the name badge given out upon arrival in order to attend Rise Up events and sessions.

Q: Are hotel rooms paid for?

A: Yes. You are required to leave a credit card for incidentals. 

Q: What nights are hotel rooms provided?

A: Hotel rooms will be provided for both Friday and Saturday night.

Q: What tower are we staying in?

A: This year we upgraded the room to the Rush Tower! They are amazing and we cannot wait for you to check them out. 

Q: How do I expense extra cost that I may endure due to travel?

A: All employees will receive $100 of "fun money" upon check-in.

Q: Where can I find a map of the hotel?

A: You can find a map of the hotel here. 

Q: Where do I check in at?

A: Check in for Office1 Cares will be in the Grand Ballroom Foyer from 14:00 to 17:30.

Q: What is the attire for the Office1 Cares Friday Kickoff?

A: Casual! Come as you are, kick back, relax .... keep it rock 'n' roll.

Q: If I cannot walk to The Atomic, will my ride share be reimbursed?

A: Yes, of course! The Atomic is .7 miles away from The Golden Nugget. Please keep the receipt and submit it to Office1cares2020@office1.com for reimbursement. 

Q: What is the attire for the Office1 Cares Regale event Saturday evening?

A: Smart casual attire
